Advanced Payment / No-Refund Policy 1.Booking & Payment All sessions and packages are paid in advance to secure your spot. Payments confirm your booking and commitment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancelations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance : You may reschedule once within the booking period. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance : No refund. The session fee is retained. No-shows: Full session fee is retained, no rescheduling. 3. Package Sessions (e.g., 8-session Program) Missed sessions can be rescheduled once within the package duration. Additional missed sessions cannot be refunded. Packages must be completed within the agreed period; unused sessions expire afterward. You will need to rebook. 4. Your Commitment By booking, you acknowledge this policy. This ensures fairness and allows me to dedicate focused time to each client.
